Ok so you've decided you want to learn how to build chest muscle up so you can impress girls down at the beach or just look good in a tight fitting dress shirt, whatever reason you have this is the place to be. I will give you four great tips on how to build chest muscle.

1.) First of all your going to want to get yourself a gym pass and set yourself a small achievable goal and have your motivation written down somewhere you can see it daily to keep you going on days you just don't want to work. A lot of people want to learn how to build chest muscles to impress girls or just look good down at the beach but, everyone has there own reason to do things.

2.) Find a good trainer or get one to set you up with a good workout schedule where you hit your chest only once a week really hard with 3-4 compound movements. The trick is to have higher sets but for low repetitions and really heavy weights to make your chest grow like crazy. A lot of people ask how to build chest muscles but you should be working your whole body evenly to be safe and not put pressure on weaker body parts.

3.) Now the next thing you need is a training partner someone with similar goals that can devote a few nights a week to attend the gym with you or also wants to learn how to build chest muscles or just get huge in general. Someone as motivated as you to keep you going when you don't want to continue because that's what working out is all about motivation and perseverance.

4.) The last but, not the least would have to be your diet, if you don't have a proper diet your destined to fail from the start. The main building block for muscle growth is protein you can get protein from all meats and dairy products etc, you should be getting in at least 1-2 grams of protein per pound and 2-3 grams of carbohydrates per pound. If you take in these nutrient requirements and continue to workout you will surely put on more muscle then you can handle, it's all about sticking to it nothing comes easy that's worth having.
